Equipment Configuration

Production details: after crude crushing by jaw crusher, the material is evenly delivered into the ball. after fine grinding, the material is sent to the next process. The mineral will be mixed and sent into the magnetic separation machine.Due to different of minerals has different magnetic rate, the magnetic mineral is separated by magnetic and mechanical force. The mineral was separated by magnetic and sent into the flotation. finally was dried by drying machine and dry mineral was obtained. From the entire production line, we can tell that the flotation production line is not only efficient but also energy saving, and the flotation machine energy saving can reach 60%, the flotation dose decreased by 20%, the recycle rate increased by 1%~5%. To realize the recycling of the tailings water, the tailings drying process is introduced and this reduces the cost of water usage, reduce the discharge of waste water, reduce the harm of the normal production of mine to the environment.

Technological Process

Crushing stage

crushing by jaw crusher, the crushed product is transported to the cone crusher by belt conveyor for two or three stages of crushing;

Grinding and classifying stage

Grinding classification: the broken minerals enter the lattice ball mill for grinding and grading;

Flotation separation stage

After stirring by the agitation tank, the slurry enters the JJF type mechanical agitation flotation machine for flotation, and at the same time, the selective collector is added to preferentially float copper to obtain qualified copper concentrate, and then the flotation is obtained. Concentrate.

Drying stage

Copper-molybdenum ore concentrates produced after the flotation stage are relatively wet. So, they need to subside in thickener and are dried in dryer. Finally, dried finished concentrates will be produced.
