Product introduction
High chromium cast iron lining is mainly used for making ball mill lining, grinding balls, impact crusher board hammer, mill roller, etc. Chromium mass fraction in high chromium cast iron lining is more than 11%, and the ratio of chromium and carbon is more than 4.5. The damage of carbide to matrix is largely reduced, so the toughness of our high-chromium iron is better than common white cast iron and low chromium cast iron. High chromium cast iron can get different matrix structures by adding other alloying elements and undergoing proper heat treatment, thus satisfying the performance requirement of wear-resistant material in different operation conditions.
